Monica Goodman is a physical therapist, avid marathon runner, and dedicated mom. She graduated top of her class with honors recognized for integrity, scholarship, and service from Rockhurst University, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Monica is an ICE-Certified Specialist in Pelvic Health, with expertise in treating pelvic floor dysfunction across all populations. She is also certified in Integrative Lifestyle Medicine, offering a holistic approach that addresses nutrition, wellness, sleep, and stress hygiene alongside fitness.
In addition to her pelvic health specialty, Monica holds advanced certifications in ACL prevention through Sportsmetrics™ and exercise prescription for pregnancy and postpartum care. She is also certified in dry needling, which complements her expertise in treating complex conditions of the hip, ankle, and knee, ensuring comprehensive orthopedic care for her patients.
Monica’s passion lies in helping women navigate pelvic floor challenges and reclaim control over their lives. She believes that no one should let pelvic floor symptoms—big or small—dictate how they live. Her fitness-forward, proactive approach supports women throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
Outside of the clinic, Monica channels her energy into running and weightlifting. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their daughter, Sloane, while exploring all that Kansas City has to offer. Dr. Matthew Sullivan is a physical therapist and CrossFit Level 1 trainer located in Prairie Village, KS. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado where he received the clinical excellence award upon graduation. He completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Kinesiology with a special focus on training adaptations from Kansas State University. After completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University, he completed Evidence In Motion’s Orthopedic Residency Program and continued mentoring other residents around the country develop through the same program.
